Crapping my pants



I occasionally get asked why I keep meticulous training journals and videos of my fitness endeavors. Is it really necessary?

Yes, I reply to them and myself. I do this so that when I'm a very old man, sitting in a rocking chair, viewing my fitness training journals and videos, I can take great delight fondly remembering the fitness things I used to do, while crapping my pants.
