Today, 36 years ago, I said “I do”
and received my wife’s hand in our sacramental marriage.
I professed Roman Catholic vows of matrimony to her 36 years ago at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
These were my vows:

promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in
health. I will love you and honor you
all the days of my life.”
I have much work to do to perfectly
live these vows I professed and promised.
